This precision-machined adapter replaces the factory AdBlue injector connection, permanently blocking DEF fluid flow to the SCR dosing unit — a required hardware step when performing a full SCR/AdBlue Fix with RDSX Software. Without physically sealing the injector pipe, residual fluid pressure and leakage can trigger secondary fault codes and compromise the integrity of the software solution.
